What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy healing therapy which is soothing yet powerful at the same time. Reiki therapy can work on all levels: spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. It was founded in Japan in the early 1900's by Mikao Usui. The translation of Reiki is Universal Spiritual Energy and treatment can help promote balance and nervous system regulation. Reiki can be practiced alongside all faiths and is suitable for people of all ages and all health conditions.
About me
My name is Emma Pearson
I’m an intuitive Reiki therapist, trained to Reiki Master level in the Usui tradition, and have been involved in this practice since 2017. I recently moved back to my home county of Sussex after many decades living in London and the west country.
I have a background in counselling, working with clients with a range of issues. I love empowering individuals to understand their bodies and minds and to discover the gentle healing power of stress reduction and relaxation via Reiki.
As a Reiki Therapist, I enjoy being able to provide a safe, nurturing and relaxing atmosphere in which to heal.
Reiki therapy
Hands-on Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Reiki Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
Sessions last between 50-60 minutes including a consultation and cost £40.
Healing touch therapy takes the form of a light massage on either your face, head or feet, depending on where you are storing tension
With my healing touch therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. I use a variety of techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make a difference to their ability to relax, restore balance and calm
This can be a lovely add-on to your Reiki session to aid your healing.
15 minutes is an additional £10
